Tenants Have Told Us That This Is Unacceptable

One thing that we have heard over and over again is that for the rents being paid, the conditions are unacceptable, the treatment by Management Staff from the Office is all just too much to take. It should be noted that this is not a reflection on the individual Superintendents in each building or the cleaning staff. These people conduct themselves in a very professional manner and are very courteous. Problem is they are so busy doing what the office should be doing and answering to petty concerns and requests from the Property Management office they are run off their feet, and are ignored when they express tenant concerns or issues to better the property.
