Well certainly not anymore. This property run by VERTICA PROPERTY SERVICES has become a really terrible place to call home. Always under construction, Management staff that are not qualified or even care enough about the TENANTS to make a difference in the daily environment or running of the property. Cold shoulders & not even a good old fashioned, "How are you", or a simple "Hello" is what greets you as one walks into the MANAGEMENT OFFICE. Not what one should expect from a property that aims itself at being upscale. Very disappointing to the point that this site is setup to handle and look at problems tenants face on a daily basis.
Living Made Easy?

Above limit rent increases are being applied this year, and the tenants want to know exactly for what. The BVPTA once would fight the increases but have been absent in this MAJOR issue completely.
Amenities
An ever increasing amount of obstacles faced on a daily basis by tenants who have disabilities and mobility issues were among some of the concerns raised by the tenants at 644-642 Sheppard Ave. East recently. They faced no help at all from Property Management & NO HELP from our TENANTS ASSOCIATION.
Not a very positive impression or effect on the ENVIRONMENT.

Items like this are strewn about the property & simply ignored on a regular basis. Until someone comes along & throws them into the REGULAR garbage. This then goes to landfill, not hazordous recovery as it should.
